Each classroom is led by a dually certified Master Teacher who has the support of one Instructional Assistant and an ETE Teacher Candidate or a UD intern from a wide variety of disciplines.

Technology: 1:1 school-wide student-computer ratio, portable iPad lab access for all students, an interactive white board in every classroom, Schoology learning management system for all students and families.

Related Services:
Occupational Therapy and Speech Language Therapy are both available on a part-time (as needed) basis.
University Collaboration:
- University of Delaware faculty and professionals lend their professional research and expertise to all phases of the school.
- Many students at TCS receive weekly tutoring/mentoring sessions with an assigned University of Delaware graduate or undergraduate student each semester.
- Daily Before-Care and an after-school Homework Club are available to every student on an as needed basis. These programs are run by TCS staff members and UD students.
