Ignite your child’s literacy journey with our enriching two-week summer camp program. Led by certified reading interventionists adept in the Orton-Gillingham approach, this camp focuses on enhancing reading, writing, listening and speaking skills. To ensure personalized attention, registered campers will be invited for a placement assessment with teachers in July, setting the stage for a successful literacy journey in August.

Throughout the two-week program, campers will explore:

• Phonemic awareness and phonics skills
• Literacy decoding and comprehending diverse texts
• World languages with learning activities revolving around common Spanish expressions and cross-cultural concepts

Campers registered for separate morning and afternoon programs in the same week will receive complimentary gap care, which includes a supervised lunch/recess break from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Campers bring their own lunch and snacks. Before care is available with this camp for an additional fee of $5 per day and will run from 7:45-8:30 a.m. When registering for this camp, please note whether your camper will need before care.
